There is a real estate/developer in toronto named something like Bob J. Lamb, and he had ads all across Toronto with the phrase "This Lamb Sells Condos". The lyrics are apparently about an argument between him and his wife - his failing marriage due to his impotence. Like the first phrase "His seduction, his seduction, to the world of construction" is a pretty obvious link to this.
